Warburtons has launched a new Shapes range in an effort to bring some fun to the bakery aisle this summer.

Soft and pre-sliced Warburtons Shapes, which come in packs of six, have been cut into fun van or cat shaped designs, to help parents to liven up kids’ lunchboxes.

The product (rrp £1.28), will be supported by a communications campaign to include social media.

Darren Littler, innovation director at Warburtons, said: “As appetite for Sandwich Alternatives continues to increase, so too does out investment in this category and this is reflected in the recent additions to our portfolio like Thin Bagels and now Shapes.”
