Matcha Coconut Cookies have been announced as the latest addition to the Nourish flavour stable, a collaboration with OMGTEA that uses AA-grade Japanese matcha.
Revered for its rich flavour and far-reaching health benefits, the tea in the biscuits “works in tandem with creamy Sri Lankan coconut and a smidgeon of Madagascan vanilla,” it said.
Ineke Nugteren from Nourish said: “Our cookies are plant-based, refined sugar free and organic - the perfect vehicle for purging sweet cravings and showcasing matcha in an appealing everyday light. It supports enhanced brain function and heart health, whilst reducing anxiety and stress levels.”
The 20g cookies will carry an RRP of £1.50
