Bakery brand Flower & White has launched a new range of Meringue bars; the latest addition to the brand’s premium line-up
The new bars contains less than 100 calories and are made using natural ingredients. The products are gluten-free, low in fat and suitable for vegetarians.
Made with free range eggs, the Meringue bars comes in two variants; Raspberry (with white chocolate and raspberry crumble) and Chocolate (with dark chocolate and chocolate crumbs).
Leanne Crowtheer, co-founder of Flower & White, said: “This is an exciting and innovative new addition to our collection, and caters for a whole new sector. Our natural Meringue bars meet the boom in demand for snacking products which are low in fat/calories and contain fewer ingredients with a clean label. Flower & White’s Meringue bars are available in case sizes of 12 and have an rrp of £1.29 per 23.5g bar. The range is available to independents and Co-op food stores.
