Kellogg’s is launching a new range of Disney-inspired snacking products to the biscuit category.

From September new Frozen and Star Wars multi-grain biscuits will be available in both singles, rrp of 49p, and packs of ten, rrp £2.49.

The Frozen biscuits containing wheat, barley and oats, are cereal and milk flavoured and come stamped with Olaf and Sven visuals. Meanwhile, the Star Wars biscuits, also containing wheat, barley and oats, are flavoured with chocolate and stamped with TIE Fighter and X-Wing designs.

The high fibre snacks have been created specifically to meet Disney’s nutritional guidelines and contain no artificial colours, flavourings or preservatives.

Kellogg’s sales director for specialty channels Nick Dawson said: “Growth in the cereal snacks category is driven by innovations, and these innovations build on the success we’ve seen with our Disney cereals.

“Frozen and Star Wars are two of the top toy licenses in the world, and the drive to purchase will be very strong come Christmas when the new Star Wars film is released and everyone gathers around the TV to watch Frozen.”
