Family-owned Hames is moving into the fast-growing pouches sector with new Hames Solid Milk Chocolate Shapes.
The range of 100g pouches includes dinosaurs, hedgehogs, cats, dogs, bunnies, frogs, butterflies, ladybirds and bugs, owls and unicorns. And with the festive season on the way, there’s also a Solid Milk Chocolate Shaped Santa pouch.
Solid Milk Chocolate Shapes support sustainability using Rainforest Alliance certified cocoa, and all the packaging components of the new pouches are recyclable.
“The time is right for us to launch these new sharing pouches,” says Carol Oldbury, director of Hames Chocolates. “Mintel’s recent research (Mintel 2021 Chocolate Confectionery Report) confirms that since the pandemic there’s been a shift in chocolate confectionery purchasing, from higher-priced impulse formats to larger formats, and right now the nation could do with exciting treats that they can engage with and share.”
Hames Chocolates’ 100g Solid Chocolate pouches are available now in outers of nine, from wholesalers nationwide.
