The new Gü Pâtisserie range has been designed with larger gatherings in mind, serving six to eight people.

Dessert brand is expanding its chilled desserts portfolio this month, with the launch of its Pâtisserie sharing range - a brand-new product concept designed to bring “premium pâtisserie-style dessert to the sharing category.”

Designed to serve six to eight people, the range taps into growing demand for premium desserts that can be enjoyed as part of social occasions and at-home entertaining.

Distinct from Gü’s usual cheesecake range, the new collection combines “indulgent layers, an irresistibly oozy centre and a delicate sponge base to deliver a premium sharing experience,” it said.

Launching with three flavours, available all year round - Zillionaire Pâtisserie, Spanish Lemon Pâtisserie and Salted Caramel Pâtisserie - the range offers an entirely new way to enjoy the signature flavours Gü fans know and love in a sophisticated and more elevated sharing dessert.

Each dessert comes complete with a bespoke Gü Slicer tool, enabling consumers to serve clean, even portions that showcase the product’s layers.

Fred Ponnavoy, head chef at Gü, said: “Creating the collection was about taking the flavours people already love from Gü and reimagining them in a format designed for sharing.

“I’m always thinking about how flavours and textures work together, and this range gave us the opportunity to bring those much-loved combinations to life in a new way.”

The year-round formats launch in retailers from this week with an RRP of £9.99.
