The Co-op says it’s set to wow shoppers this summer with a ‘dill-icious’ first-to-market launch joining its crisps range – Dill Pickle Ridge Cut Crisps.
The 150g bags (RRP £1.70) have been inspired by one of TikTok’s hottest food trends, it said. Available now as part of the convenience retailer’s 2026 summer range, the launch caters to the nation’s love for tangy flavours and jumps on the pickle trend which has taken food culture and social media by storm – boasting a crunchy ridge cut shape coated with a combination of the flavours of dill and the sharp tang of pickles.
Natalie Dawe, Co-op’s product developer manager for crisps, snacks and nuts, said: “Pickles are having a huge moment and our new crisps hits that bold, tangy sweet spot shoppers can’t get enough of. We know our crisps are cult classics, so we’ve taken a trend that’s exploding online and turned it into something that feels right at home in our range.”
Arriving alongside the Dill Pickle Crisps and brand new to the summer snacking range are four flavour packed snacks including Irresistible BBQ Lamb Kofta & Tzatziki Crisps, Strawberries & Cream Toffee Popcorn and a Smokehouse Mixed Nut Crunch Mix.
