Brioche Pasquier recalls Pitch brioches as they may contain plastic

Brioche Pasquier is recalling specific batches of its Pitch Chocolate & Hazelnut Brioches because they may contain pieces of plastic.

The specific product details are 225g six-packs of 37.5g bars, with batch codes of UK034 and 4 Mach best before dates.

The product may contain pieces of plastic which makes it a possible choking hazard and unsafe to eat, the Food Standards Agency warned.

Point of sale notices will be displayed in all retail stores that are selling this product, explaining to customers why the product is being recalled and what to do if they have bought the product.
