Bonds reveals NPD and reduced packaging on kids’ sweet bags

Confectionery brand Bonds of London is relaunching its children’s sweet bags in reduced packaging, as well as introducing a host of new lines. 

Among the new additions are Jelly Monkeys & Bananas, Cherry Pencils and Dolly Mix, as well as Choccy White Mice and Pink Hearts. Plus for fizzy fans, there are Sour Cherries, Sour Worms and Fizzy Apple Pencils. The sweet bags are priced at three bags for £1.

Packs have been redesigned and Bonds has reduced the plastic used without reducing the volume of treats inside. 

As well as being more environmentally friendly, this allows the products to look neater on peg bag stands and enables easier access, claims the firm.
