The supplier of Disaronno and Tia Maria, Ilva Saronno Holding, has announced this morning (13 May) that it’s rebranding to Disaronno Group, marking a “strategic evolution designed to strengthen its global presence,” it said.
The new group added that the mission reflects its identity and the culture that’s always set it apart, “deeply rooted in heritage, yet open to conviviality, quality and the pleasure of sharing authentic moments.”
The new brand architecture has been designed to organize the group’s activities in a clear and effective way, while keeping a strong and coherent identity at its core. The new identity, which evokes the historic crest of the founding Reina family, will act as an umbrella brand that unites and enhances the entire company ecosystem across its spirits, wines and ingredients divisions.
Its spirits division accounts for nearly two thirds of the group’s turnover, and will now be united under one corporate brand. It controls and distributes iconic brands such as Disaronno, Disaronno Velvet, Tia Maria, The Busker Irish whiskey, Engine Gin, Sagamore Rye, Rabarbaro Zucca, Artic Vodka and the Isolabella’s Limoncello and Sambuca ranges.
“The transition represents a natural evolution of our journey,” said Marco Ferrari, CEO. “Choosing an iconic and recognisable name like Disaronno allows us to look to the future while maintaining a strong connection to our roots.”
