Subsidising others' mistakes isn't the route to profit
Sue Hay accepted an Electron debit card from a customer spending £2.79 on goods at her Ponswood Store at St Leonards on Sea in East Sussex. The Payzone machine accepted it as well. But the statement subsequently showed that Sue had not been credited by banker A&L. It turns out that she can reclaim - but she has to pay £8 for the forms (batch of 100). Good innit?
