Supplied by DSL, the perfume range in Sunder Sandher’s Leamington Spa store have been a success with shoppers.

Shoppers at a One Stop store in Leamington Spa might have been smelling a little bit fresher recently, after one innovative retailer in the town chose to start listing a range of fragrances for both men and women in his shop.

Sunder Sandher’s store, located on the Tachbrook Road in the Warwickshire town, recently took on a selection of perfumes and after shaves branded Yodeyma. Sunder said “They’re known for their beautiful fragrances, impressive staying power and a wide variety of scents inspired by popular perfume styles.”

The 50-strong range, which carries an RRP of £19.99 a bottle, is also regularly updated by supplier DSL, and the firm will even recommend the top-sellers to Sunder, he explained.

Display upgrade

This month, Sunder chose to upgrade his display option for the fragrances in store, which is when he took to social media to shout about the changes. “We’ve had the perfumes in our store for quite a while now, but I decided to post about them on social media more recently after we changed the display in the store to a brand new one,” he said.

At their comparatively low pricepoint, the range is described by DSL as providing something for everyone. Sunder said: “There are many different products in the range which correspond to their designer equivalents, and they’re all very popular with our shoppers. I think there are 50 different scents in total - so really something for everyone.”

The success of the range in Sunder’s store has even prompted him to look for other lines from the supplier that might be suitable for his One Stop store.

“The range is already a success with our shoppers, and at present I’m looking for other high profit lines to stock.” DSL’s range also includes everything from candles to power banks to charge things, as well as tools, pet goods and homeware items.

Next up for the Sunder’s store, however, is the news that it will soon start to sell curry and rice bowls, which the team there will make fresh daily from its kitchen, he concluded.
