McCain is introducing summer wedges with a hint of shallot & lime as the latest product in its Seasonal Editions range. The potato product replaces winter herb wedges and joins lightly spiced and sea salt & black pepper in the core range. According to IRI data, McCain Wedges sales are up 17% year on year.
