Hiren Patel has quite an unusual problem, but one that I fear more retailers might face in the future if these hard-up, waste-aware times continue.
Hiren has a small c-store in Rotherham and has just learned that what was once a fish and chip shop next door will now house a store selling past-their-best/short-date items.
Has anyone else ever come up against this? I want to discuss it further in the next issue so would be pleased to get some feedback.
