Co-op Just Eat

From early next year Co-op will be offering on-demand online deliveries via Just Eat.

Initially rolling-out to 50 stores, the service is expected to expand to over 1,000 Co-op stores by Spring 2023. Through the tie-up, shoppers will be able to order items from Co-op for speedy delivery in as little as under 30 minutes via the Just Eat app and website.

Chris Conway, eCommerce director, Co-op, said: ““We are delighted to announce our partnership with Just Eat, a move which will enable Co-op to ‘deliver’ further flexible options online with increased choice and availability in our communities, however and whenever our customers choose to shop with us.”

Just Eat UK’s grocery estate has expanded to over 70% of households in the UK and Just Eat Takeaway.com already supports over 30,000 grocery and convenience stores on its platforms globally. This includes partnerships with brands such as Spar, Booker, Shell, 7-Eleven, Getir, Asda, Ahold, Carrefour, Marqt, Plus, Pascual Group, Galp, Kibus, Taste of America, Delicatessen Argentina and The Beer Store.
