Five of the company’s best-selling lines will be marked at 99p. Rocky chocolate, caramel and classic will be available in packs of eight, and Echo chocolate & mint crisp in packs of six.
The company says independent retailers have been targeted with case sizes reduced from 12s to eights.
National account manager Tony Coe says: “We have tried to find the best way to cut retailers’ capital outlay by reducing the cost per case.”
