Two Tribes, the independent King’s Cross brewery, has today unveiled a complete rebrand, forming a bold new identity rolling out across its core range of beers and into convenience retail as the brewery continues to expand its presence across the UK.
Two Tribes said it’s investing in its brand and growing its footprint, doubling down on the independent venues that built it. Founded in 2017 by veterans of the 90s club scene, the brewery has since grown from a King’s Cross start-up into one of the capital’s most distinctive independent names.
“This is a moment of real confidence for us,” said Aaron Duffett, commercial director. “With hospitality costs rising and some brewers scaling back, we’re doing the opposite. We’re investing in the brand and we’re seeing drinkers move away from the big established craft names towards independent, local brands they can trust, and that’s exactly where we want to meet them.
“Be it at the bar or on the shelf, we do so on our own merits, without a global brewer’s budget behind it.”
The relaunch keeps the liquid exactly as drinkers know it. The new look spans the full core range of Campfire (hazy IPA), Dream (pale ale) and Super Deluxe, which was formerly known as Classic Lager which is a helles-style lager.
Inspired by the founders’ roots in 90s club culture, Two Tribes also runs a regular DJ programme with King’s Cross community station Voices Radio. The partnership includes a free workshop series aimed at opening up DJing to people that have historically been underrepresented in the music industry.
Now in its 10th edition, the programme has offered mentorship, a community of like-minded people and a route to real gig opportunities through the Voices network.
The £2.50 RRP cans are currently available at wholesalers Organica, Imperial Cash and Carry and CN Foods, as well as online.
