Nutritious snack brand Munchy Seeds has introduced a Super Berry variety to its range on-the-go healthy snack packs.

The new Super Berry variety blends lightly toasted chia, linseeds, sunflower and pumpkin seeds with a cocktail of berries including cranberries, blueberries and goji berries, along with cocoa nibs and mango for a distinctive fruit twist to its nutty flavour.

The new fruit blend has been introduced in response to the demand for more nutritious foods at breakfast and through the morning, and follows extensive testing at consumer food shows during 2015.

Munchy Seeds Super Berry has been specifically developed to complement yogurt, porridge and muesli, all products that are growing rapidly in popularity. It is also a naturally delicious and nutritious snack on its own.

Munchy Seeds Super Berry is to be launched in handy 25g snack packs (75p) as well as 3 tub sizes - 125g (£2.65), 200g (£3.99) and 475g (usually sold for catering, £8.95). Like all Munchy Seeds products it is a great natural source of Protein and is high in Iron, Fibre and Vitamin E. It is Gluten, Wheat and Yeast free, is suitable for Vegetarians, Vegans and Coeliacs and contains no artificial additives.

The new product is part of the brand’s push to show nutritious food can be tasty too. It follows the launch of a new website and there are further plans to refresh packaging design across the range to highlight the food values and health benefits of toasted seeds.
