Heineken has added a new flavour to its Strongbow portfolio with the launch of Strongbow Dark Fruit.
The launch, which follows the introduction of Strongbow Pear in 2012, has been created to recruit shoppers to the everyday cider category by tapping into growing demand for flavoured cider.
Available from mid June, Strongbow Dark Fruit will be supported by heavyweight marketing including advertising, in-store sampling and POS material. The 4.0% ABV cider is cut with blackcurrant and blackberry juices.
