RIBENA is to start using 100% recycled plastic across its portfolio of plastic bottles.
Ready-to-drink bottles, which currently have a recycled content of 40%, will be the first to get the new sustainable packaging.
The Ribena squash range will follow, and is expected to adopt 100% recycled plastic bottles within the next six months.
More than 60 million bottles of Ribena are sold each year.
Nine out of 10 consumers say they think it would be good if packaging contained recycled plastic.
