Rude Health has revealed four new food and drink products, available from September.

The first of the NPD is a brownie bar  (rrp £1.19) made using sweet potato, dates and cacao. The bar is wheat-free, gluten-free, and made with no refined sugar.

Rude Health’s new Cashew Milk (rrp £3.50) has been made from only three ingredients - water, sea salt, and roasted organic cashews (5%). The company’s range of unsweetened, organic dairy-free drinks family includes the Oat Drink, Brown rice Drink, Hazelnut Drink, Coconut Drink, Almond Drink, all made with no more than five nourishing ingredients plus purist Ultimate Almond.

Adding to its range of granola, Cacao and Vanilla Granola (rrp £4.99) is lightly sweetened with honey and cacao nibs. It contains no refined sugars or added salt, and is baked without wheat.

The firm’s latest crackers (rrp £3.50) are made with two ingredients - organic chia seeds and buckwheat.
