The new Zyn pouches from PML add to both the supplier’s strength and flavour portfolios.

Philip Morris Limited (PML), the UK affiliate of Philip Morris International (PMI), has announced the launch of Zyn Menthol Ice 16.5mg, the new highest strength nicotine pouch offering in the range.

As part of the core Zyn portfolio, Menthol Ice 16.5mg has been developed to support retailers with a full-strength range, helping position the brand as a go-to for both new and existing adult nicotine pouch users.

Product choice is the number one driver of purchase in convenience stores, PML said, and this new variant will give retailers a wider range of options to meet the evolving needs of adult nicotine pouch users, it added.

The launch also broadens the brand’s existing mint and fruit flavour range, giving retailers a clear opportunity to cater to a wider range of adult preferences.

The new pouches will be available across wholesale channels at the end of May and is available on PMIOpen - PML’s digital trade engagement platform - in the UK only. To support retailers during launch, Zyn Menthol Ice will be available with a flat profit on return of 63% for Q2, helping retailers maximise the opportunity during the key launch period.
