The latest model of the Nescafe & Go hot drinks machine is now available to c-store retailers at a cost of £99 plus VAT and delivery.

The new unit is slightly taller than its predecessor and now has a red and black colour scheme to help emphasise the Nescafe branding. No plumbing is required for the hot water dispenser, and the 4.2-litre tank is enough for 15 drinks before the need for refilling.

Seven different coffee and chocolate products are available to use with the system, plus three Maggi soups and Tetley tea. A Nescafe Latte will be available later in the year. Based on 20 sales per day at a per cup price of around 32p and a recommended retail of £1-£1.20 per drink, the machine can pay for itself within four weeks, according to Lynn Little, standard ingredients lead at Nestle Professional.

She added: “As consumer demand for ‘on-the-go’ hot drinks options increases, retailers can benefit from providing customers with a time-saving beverage solution. Nescafe is known for its quality and is the most trusted coffee brand out-of-home. This combination of quality and trust can lead to increased footfall and repeat custom.”
