Premier Foods is getting snap happy this spring with a packaging revamp for its Mr Kipling Simnel Slices and St Clements Slices. Now available in convenient snap pack format, the firm claims that the innovation fulfils demand for portion control and will help to reduce wastage. Within Total Convenience, Easter Cakes grew 63% in 2011, says the company.
