Wrigley’s youth gum brand 5 is now available in a smaller seven stick format, which replaces the original 12 stick envelope packs. The gum comes in three flavours: electro (spearmint), flood (berry) and new turbulence (watermelon). The new packs have a lower price point, which is expected to appeal to the brand’s target audience of 14-25 year olds. The launch will be backed by a “seductive” marketing campaign, including out-of-home, print advertising, sampling, digital and social media.
