New Covent Garden has unveiled its March soup of the month. Baked potato with cheese and beans is available to retailers throughout the month of March. It hopes the limited edition variant will capitalise on the demand for hearty, warming food. “Most consumers will be familiar with this mouth-watering flavour combination but the idea of enjoying it in soup form is something completely new that will have shoppers flocking to the soup fixture,” said marketing controller Rob Dixon.
