A year since launching Weight Watchers Soft Drinks, Vimto Soft Drinks is launching a national consumer campaign with a ‘New Year, New You’ strapline. Targeting the major women’s lifestyle press throughout January and February, the campaign will be kick-started with advertising in the bumper February issue of Weight Watchers magazine, which is published next month. The ad will feature a coupon offering consumers 50p off any product from the range, which comprises fruit flavoured 1l cordials and 500ml RTDs. As well as growing sales and penetration, the activity will also aim to drive impulse distribution of the RTD range, which is currently experiencing 11% value growth in the Impulse channel and triple digit growth in independents, according to the firm.
