Mondelez International is pouring £10m into its Cadbury Easter 2016 range, including new products and a return of its Cadbury Creme Egg Gooless promotion.

New for 2016 is a Cadbury Dairy Milk (CDM) Bunny Vanilla Mousse treat. Similar in make up to the CDM Mousse Snowman, which Mondelez claims is the number one Christmas treat, the bunny retails at 65p and comes in cases of 33.

CDM Oreo Mini Wrapped Eggs (rrp £1.49) join Cadbury Mini Eggs in sharing.

Within gifting, the firm has a CDM Hollow Bunny gifting range, in small (rrp £1.49), large (rrp £3.09) and mini five-packs (rrp £2.99).

The Cadbury Creme Egg Gooless promotion involves a gooless egg being planted in a c-store every day from January until Easter. Consumers who find them – and the retailers that sold them – will be awarded up to £1,000. The company is urging retailers to start selling Creme Eggs from 1 January.

Retailers who embrace the brand’s POS are also encouraged to enter Cadbury’s retailer selfie competition. Throughout January and February photos of displays should be entered at www.deliciousdisplay.co.uk, with the best winning Love to Shop vouchers.
