MiiRO is on a mission to shake up the ice cream lolly category with the launch of three new frozen vegan treats.
The Shoreditch-based startup has developed products made with frozen coconut milk, nutritionally bolstered by nuts, sweetened with coconut sugar and Italian grapes. The products are fortified with pea protein and coated in a thick layer of nutrient-dense raw cacao with no refined sugar, no preservatives or artificial flavourings that are also gluten free.
The three flavours in the range are Salted Caramel, Peanut Butter and Chocolate Hazelnut (RRP £2.49 for an individual bar and £6.49 per 3x70ml portioned pack).
Launched in Spring 2017, MiiRO is already available to stockists including Whole Foods as well as delis, health food stores and cafés nationwide, with listings from Planet Organic and As Nature Intended will follow in May 2017.
