Independent confectionery manufacturer Lees of Scotland has unveiled a new limited edition product; Lees Snowy Snowballs, as part of its seasonal Snowball range.
The new product, available now to Scottish retailers, consists of a white mallow filling, white chocolate coating, covered in coconut pieces.
Featuring a festive-themed design, each pack (rrp £1.29) contains eight individual Snowy Snowballs and is designed to appeal to consumers during the Christmas season.
Sheevaun Thomas, NPD manager at Lees of Scotland, said: “Lees Snowballs have been enjoyed by families for generations and we are confident our new Snowy Snowballs will be a big hit with our consumers.
“We wanted to focus on making the new design as fun and eye catching as possible to give the product high impact on shelf and to attract both existing consumers and new ones.”
Miniature variations of the new Snowy Snowballs will also be available to independent retailers in Scotland from the start of November.
