Heinz has released new additions to its range of kids' pastas and Mini Meals. The extensions include two licensed brands, Madagascar and Hello Kitty, joining its pasta range, and a pizza-flavoured Tortellini added to the Mini Meals range. The new variants aim to add value to the kids' category by driving incremental sales. Heinz hopes that consumers will have a brand affinity and recognise the characters on the products, as well as respond to the 'One of your 5-a-day' message displayed on cans.
