Heineken has unveiled a new Strongbow pear variant that will be launched to market at the end of this month.

With an ABV of 4.8%, it will be available in pricemarker 4 x 500ml cans and 6 x 330ml bottles in the convenience channel. The new launch will be supported by a £10m marketing campaign running from August till Christmas.

Heineken is also set to update its Strongbow brand to give it a more modern look It will also be reducing the ABV from 5.3% to 5% in order to increase frequency of consumption among consumers.
