Popchips, the Better for You snack brand, is adding a Cheddar & Jalapeno sku to its portfolio.
The latest flavour to join popchips’ core range answers increasing consumer demand for bold, punchy flavours.
The launch of Cheddar & Jalapeno comes as the brand celebrates selling 2.6m bags of chips in the last four weeks, boasting 44.7% (IRI Total SIG, 4 w/e 26 May 2018) growth in sales versus this same period last year and establishing popchips as the most successful brand launch in the bagged snacks category over the last ten years (IRI Total SIG, 52 w/e 26 May 2018).
Cheddar & Jalapeno will be available in the 85g share-bag format with an RRP of £1.99. Gluten free and just 95 calories per serving, the new flavour is the perfect calorie controlled snack, complimenting the Department of Health’s latest consumer campaign which encourages consumers to look for snacks containing 100 calories or less.
