Westons’ Stowford Press cider brand is giving away Ashes cricket tickets to consumers every day between now and May 21.

The on-pack offer is running on 440ml cans of the product. Purchasers inputting a promotional code from the can at the brand’s website enter a daily prize draw for a pair of Ashes tickets, with Stowford Press Ashes supporters packs also up for grabs.

Stowford Press is the Official Cider of England Cricket. PoS material and price promotions will be backing the on-pack campaign in the off trade.

Head of marketing Ian Lewis says: “Not only is the Ashes the key sporting event of 2013, but it’s also the big event of the summer. With 29 million UK adults interested in cricket, and 10 million defining themselves as cricket fans (ECB Research) we see the Ashes as an opportunity not to be missed for retailers.”
