Trading at James Hall & Co’s 118th company-owned store has commenced in the Cumbrian market town of Kirkby Stephen.

The 3,000sq ft Spar G&E Murgatroyd forecourt store boasts James Hall’s Clayton Park Deli food to go concept, a Cheeky Coffee concession, ample parking, free ATM machine, and six double Shell fuel pumps with an air and water facility.

Open between 06.00 and 23.00 the store also offers local residents the longest opening hours in the village.

It was launched on 5 December by store manager Iain Jefferson and two of James Hall’s great grandsons, Ian Hall and Mr Chris Keogh.

Ian Hall said: “We are delighted to be able to serve Kirkby Stephen’s local community and look forward to welcoming residents to our newest store.”
