Two men face lengthy jail terms after carrying out an early morning raid which left a postmaster needing two brain operations.
Alan Davies was struck with a crowbar and suffered a double skull fracture during a raid on his store in Hanley Swan, near Worcester, in August.
Malcolm Hitchings and Thomas Lloyd were convicted of crimes including nine counts of conspiracy to burgle, arson and burglary.

A teenager who robbed a post office and store after threatening the owner with a pair of scissors has been sentenced to two years and eight months youth custody.
Daniel Heisley, 19, targeted Jagteshwar Chadha as he stacked shelves in Willesborough Post Office and Store in South Willesborough, Kent, on March 17.
Jagteshwar managed to lock himself behind the post office counter but the robber picked up the till and smashed it on the floor, before escaping with cash.
Police later used DNA from blood left at the scene to link Heisley to the robbery.

Police have made a number of arrests after a burglary at a Premier store in Bedworth, near Coventry, during which a police officer was struck with a crowbar.
Three men, aged 21, 23 and 27, admitted carrying out the burglary. Police also arrested a man and a woman, both aged 43, and a 19-year-old woman in connection with the incident.
PC Peter Doherty, 34, had to undergo surgery to remove his spleen following the attack.
