Sussex Police are appealing for witnesses after an ATM ram-raid at a convenience store near Tunbridge Wells, East Sussex, was caught on CCTV.

The incident happened at Lambs Larder store in Broomfield, Bells Yew Green in the early hours on 9 February.

According to police, a stolen Mitsubishi Shogun was reversed into the front window of the store, before the ATM was forcibly removed and the contents – of an unknown quantity – was stolen.

The incident followed a number of recent ATM ram-raids across the UK, including a spate of ram raids on four commercial properties, including two convenience stores and a petrol station in Sheffield.
