more government interference this will only help big boys and will put small traders out of business.they could stop all illegal cigarettes if they cut tax making it unviable to sell illegal products.this law will only encourage more illegal sales.here in rhyl trading standards wont take action against certain sellers who seem to be there friends even when its been reported to them
