So the pizza sells at £7 including vat so £5.83 net; 50% margin, cost price £2.92. Free stock of 80 pizzas @ £2,92 equals £233.60. Cabinet costs £550 so actual investment of £316.40 . Sale of 108 pizzas needed to break even. Of course there is also cost of freezer, electricity, packaging and labour not to mention hygiene issues and waste (if you selll halves and quarters there will be some left unsold). Waste of space!
