No mention by Camelot of the obvious reasons for Lotto sales decline?
By introducing a free Lucky Dip, and extending the odds on a £25 return, Camelot have persuaded many of our customers that Lotto is a waste of time.
As for the Euro Millions, I cannot see the point of £2.60, £3.90 here and there; and many of our customers are suspicious that the £100million+ prizes are never won by more than one ticket; are they right to be suspicious?
Our sales are down 20% year-on-year.
