To be fair to amateurs like me, tobacco companies and wholesalers have not been helpful over the past year.
They produced too much branded stock, failed to rotate their stock properly, and mishandled returns arrangements.
"Dear Jac" will soon get complaints about companies failing to collect old stock for credit.
