I read Louise's comment and reviews on the Sainsbury website and wanted to say that I think these meals are a great addition to the marketplace and do exactly what they say they are going to do: give you a healthy meal that is high in protein, vitamins (2 or 3 of your 5 a day) and fibre and low in saturated fat, calories and carbs. If you want pad thai to taste like pad thai then you are eating 800+ calories. If you want a healthy meal with a nod to a known recipe then these are for you.
