Your new Max Music Tornado should be withdrawn until modifications are made on the whistle. Although there are instructions for the whistle to be used under adult supervision, that is just silly when a young child has finished his lolly and wants to play with the whistle. The size and shape of it reminds me of felt tip pen lids, which have long been illegal without breathing vents in them.
