Desperados has undergone a complete brand revamp including a new bottle design, after it was first introduced 22 years ago.
The new look bottle design, which is set to be released globally next month, features the brand’s agave symbol and colouring to deliver increased visibility and stand out on shelves.
The redesign has also resulted in an overall reduction of more than 18,000 tons of CO2 as part of Heineken’s ‘Drop the C’ campaign.
Desperados brand director, Izabela Glodek, said: “The new brand design reflects the festive personality, energy and distinctiveness, that embodies Desperados’ philosophy of ‘We Are The Party’.
“As part of our wider sustainability plans, becoming more environmentally-friendly is something we strive for as a brand that always looks to rewrite the rules.”
