Londis is launching a toolkit to help retailers promote their stores locally. The kit will contain advice on how to work with local media to gain publicity and is one of a number of initiatives being launched at its roadshows running throughout May and June.
The group has also updated its website with a feature that means members can create their own pos material. Retailers simply follow step-by-step instructions to insert produce and price details to create their own shelf-talkers and stack cards. There is also a forum to discuss ideas and concerns.
