Retail software company Torex has promised to deliver fresh growth with the restructure of its operations under a new management team.
The company, which provides software to thousands of small store operators, suffered a major setback in its business at the beginning of the year when former bosses' houses were raided in an investigation by the Serious Fraud Office.
The company stressed at the time that it was 'business as usual' and has now appointed a new management team under the leadership of new chairman and chief executive Mike Greenough. Graeme Cooksley has been appointed president and chief operating officer and will lead a newly formed global operations team.
Greenough explained: "The new structure will enable Torex to maximise existing strengths and take advantage of the huge opportunities for growth available in the retail market."
