The team behind Eat 17 opened their fourth and largest Spar store – in Bishop’s Stortford, Hertfordshire today.
The large high street site was formerly a department store and features an in-store fishmonger, florist, coffee shop and artisan bakery specialising in sourdough bread.
The store also boasts a strong street food offer with a range of Mexican, Japanese, pasta and pizza options to eat in or take away.
Like its sister sites in Walthamstow, Hackney and Whitstable, the new Bishop’s Stortford store also stocks a wide range of locally-sourced products plus Eat 17 branded ready meals and Bacon Jam relish, as-well as a wide number of key groceries from Spar.
