A gang smashed their way into a Spar store in Bristol before pulling a cash machine free with a rope fixed to a Vauxhall Cavalier car.
The raiders, who struck at Spar in Mangotsfield, then loaded the machine into a waiting 4x4 before making their escape. A man was later arrested in posession of the Cavalier and bailed pending further inquiries.
