Online wholesaler Blueheath is to adopt a more traditional approach to supplying retailers by strengthening its relationship with buying group Key Lekkerland.
Blueheath will become a full member when its Wrexham-based CTM operation joins Key Lekkerland next April.
Blueheath chief executive Mark Aylwin said that the company would be looking to develop "a close engagement" with retailers by adopting the traditional delivery model through its depots in Wrexham and Thurrock and combining it with the company's technology.
He said: "This will enable us to focus better on our customers' needs and build a strong, direct relationship."
Blueheath has also committed to developing the KeyStore fascia across the group, with a priority on London and the South East.
Aylwin has taken a place on the Key Lekkerland board.
