One of the main concerns is the environmental impact of single use plastic devices that include a battery. The bigger non compliant vapes contain exactly the same product as the smaller compliant ones but the difference is that instead of buying one larger vape the customer buys five smaller ones. So that’s five single use plastic devices and five batteries thrown away instead of one. The logical thing to do would be to maintain the same rules regarding nicotine content and age related limitations but just do away with the pointless rule regarding tank size. Customers are going to consume the same amount whether it’s with one large vape or several smaller ones.
